Psychoeducational assessments are conducted at Orkids by licensed psychologists using standardized tools. A child’s level of cognitive (IQ) functioning is assessed to help identify and diagnose a child with SLD, ADHD/ADD, developmental delays and any other social/emotional/behavioral concerns.
These assessments also identify the child’s learning styles, their strengths and areas of concern which in turn help the parents and schools to provide appropriate support to enhance the holistic development of the child.
They also help in identifying any additional services required by the child (Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, counselling, etc.)
The various accommodations provided by different boards (CBSE, IB, IGCSE, ICSE and NIOS) can be availed after the submission of these assessment reports.

Assessment camps in Schools
Assessment camp is a unique program wherein Orkids’ assessment team travels to the school to conduct psychoeducational assessments. Comprehensive assessments are done to evaluate students’ cognitive, emotional, and educational functioning. These camps are designed to identify learning difficulties, developmental delays, and emotional or behavioral challenges in students, all within the convenience of the school premises.

Free assessments for the EWS category reflect our commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment, where every student with diverse learning needs, regardless of their economic background can access the resources and assistance needed for their academic and personal development.
Free Assessment is provided to EWS quota students helping in identifying the areas of strengths and weaknesses to charter the IEP ahead
