Orkids, with its flagship program OYTP in collaboration with Employment and Sustainability initiative of Lemon Tree Hotels ( LTH) is committed to train and provide employment opportunities to young adults with Specific Learning Difficulties. Our partnership is enthusiastic about how to break barriers in employment by embracing new approaches to inclusive training and changing perceptions. Our goal is to plan and structure an internship program for young adults with SLD at Lemon Tree and then start hiring them too.
